Briefing 简介

On September 16, 2022, the HR department of Millennium Apartment of Beijing Fortune Center invited DISC professional tutors to conduct a behavior and style assessment training for our management staff. In order to tap the strengths, integrate the weaknesses, and help everyone know themselves and manage themselves, this training has brought about improvements in behavior, interpersonal relations, work performance, team cooperation, leadership style and other aspects for managers. At the same time, to the enterprise also brought management level, work efficiency, work quality improvement.

2022年9月16日，北京财富中心千禧公寓HR部门为我们管理层员工们请来了DISC专业导师开展了行为风格测评培训活动。为了达到挖掘优势，整合劣势，帮助大家认识自己与管理自己，此项培训对管理者带来了对行为方式、人际关系、工作绩效、团队合作、领导风格等方面的改善。与此同时，对企业也带来了管理水平、工作效率、工作质量的提升。

★ 关于DISC ★

The theory of DISC is a "human behavior language". It is a general behavior model, which covers four independent dimensions: dominance, influence, stability and compliance. To put it simply: The combination of the four components of DISC determines a person's behavior, and it creates a language around observable behavior.
